All Neon Vibes LED signs come with a 2-year limited warranty (indoor and outdoor models when used as intended).

What’s Covered

• Electrical components and workmanship defects under normal, intended use within 24 months of delivery.
• At our discretion, we will repair or replace the affected part or the full unit.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper or non-professional installation, alterations, power surges, exposure to unsuitable environments, or normal wear and tear.
• Installation costs and third-party labor are not covered. For hard-wired installs, professional installation is required; proof may be requested.

Returns vs Warranty

• Returns Policy: Issues reported within the first 30 days of delivery are handled under our returns process.
• Warranty Coverage: Protects against defects for 24 months from delivery date.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Most warranty claims are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Email sales@neonvibes.shop with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos/videos.

We may request the item (or a component/serial label) to be returned for inspection before repair or replacement.
