Delivery & Shipping Policy

Production Times

• All Neon Vibes signs are custom-made.
• Production time is 3 business days after payment and artwork approval.
• During peak periods (holidays/sales), production may take up to 7–10 business days.

Delivery Times

• USA (contiguous): Standard delivery within 5 business days after production.
• International Orders: Usually 5–10 business days depending on destination.
• Orders are shipped with premium tracked services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched.

Shipping Cost & Duties

• The price you see at checkout is the final price.
• All shipping, duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are already included in the product price or flat shipping rate.
• You will never be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Free & Flat Rate Shipping

• Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns.
• For international orders, a flat shipping fee (all taxes included) may apply. This will be clearly shown in the checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
• You can also check your status anytime via our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Address changes can be requested before dispatch.
• After dispatch, rerouting or return fees (charged by the carrier) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If delivery fails due to incomplete/incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
