Orders & Pricing

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• All prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees where relevant.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or production constraints); any payment captured will be refunded.

Custom Artwork & Approval

• Custom signs are produced after artwork approval and payment.
• Please review proofs carefully; production begins once approved.

Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our providers; we do not store full card details.

Production & Shipping

• Standard production time: 3 business days after payment and artwork approval.
• Delivery estimates: 5 business days for U.S. orders, 5–10 business days for international orders.
• Tracking is provided on dispatch.
• Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Warranty

• All products are covered by our 2-year limited warranty.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

• Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
• International buyers agree that orders are governed by U.S. law and venue as stated above.
