Because every Neon Vibes sign is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Report an Issue (within 30 days)

• Notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Email sales@neonvibes.shop with:
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Short description of the issue

Resolution Options

After assessment, we’ll provide one of the following (whichever is fastest and most appropriate):

• Free repair
• Free replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Return Shipping

• If the problem is confirmed (damage, defect, incorrect item), we cover return shipping or provide a pre-paid return label.
• If damage is due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or is outside the claim window, return costs may apply.

Refund Method & Timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products without fault or damage.
• Items returned without prior authorization (RMA) or outside the 30-day claim window.
