1. How can I order a custom neon sign?

You can design your sign directly on our website using our customizer tool or send us your idea/image via email at contact@neonvibeshop.com Our design team will send you a digital mockup for approval before production begins.

2. How long does production and shipping take?

Production typically takes 3–4 days, depending on the complexity of your design and the order volume.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes around 7-10 business days, depending on your location and quantity ordered. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because all our signs are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production will have already started.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across the United States. Shipping rates are included

5. What materials do you use? Are they safe?

We use high-quality, energy-efficient LED neon flex mounted on acrylic backboards. They are safe to touch, low heat, and eco-friendly compared to traditional glass neon.

6. Can my sign be used outdoors?

We offer both indoor and outdoor options. Please select “Outdoor” when ordering if your sign will be exposed to the elements. Indoor signs are not waterproof.

Yes! All Neon Vibes signs come with a 2-year warranty covering electrical components when used as intended.

9. What if my sign arrives damaged?

If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@neonvibeshop.com with photos and a short video showing the damage. We’ll work with you to repair or replace it.

10. How do I install my sign?

Most signs can be easily installed using the included mounting kit or hanging wires. You can also hire a professional for a more permanent installation. If hardwiring is required, a licensed electrician must perform the work.

11. Do you offer bulk or business discounts?

Yes, we work with businesses, events, and resellers. Email us at contact@neonvibeshop.com with your project details for a custom quote.
